The LMP Mini-DisplayPort to HDMI Adapter is capable of a UHD resolution (4K@30Hz) and fully supports audio transmission from your Thunderbolt 1/2 or Mini-DisplayPort equipped host to monitor, projector or TV. Whether you want to use an external and bigger screen, extend your desktop to a second monitor or mirror your desktop to a projector or TV, this adapter supports both audio and video in highest quality and with sound.
In order to take advantage of the maximum resolution, the graphic card and HDMI cable as well as the attached display must all have the ability to display the same (4K) resolution. Check the technical specifications of all devices carefully.
The Mini-DisplayPort to HDMI Adapter is compatible to Thunderbolt 1 and 2 ports. It transmits video and audio signal from iMac (Late 2009), MacBook Pro 13", 15", 17" (Mid 2010), MacBook (Mid 2010), MacBook Air (Late 2010), Mac mini (Mid 2010), Mac Pro (Mid 2010) and newer. For older Mac transmits only video signal (no audio).
