Questions about grading.
Is a Value device less reliable than Prime?
No. Every grade passes the same tests and gets the same warranty. The grade only describes how the device looks.
Can I see photos of the exact device?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with the product link and we'll send close-ups of any mark, or a video.
What does 80% battery health mean?
It's how much charge the battery holds compared with when it was new. At 80% or above it still gives a full working day on most MacBooks and iPhones. Battery health doesn't affect the grade.
What if it isn't what I expected?
You have 7 days to return it. Talk to us first and we'll make it right.
