Which iPad should I buy?

The standard iPad covers study, reading and streaming. iPad Air is faster and works with newer accessories; iPad Pro is for drawing, video and professional apps; iPad mini is the most portable.

Is a pre-owned iPad as reliable as a new one?

Every pre-owned device is inspected by hand, run through Blackbelt360 diagnostics and must have 80% battery health or higher. All grades pass the same tests; Prime, Select and Value only describe how it looks. See the condition guide.

What warranty do I get?

Pre-owned and demo devices come with a 90-day MacShack warranty, which you can extend to 12 months at checkout. New devices carry Apple's 1-year warranty.

Do you deliver, and can I return it?

We deliver anywhere in South Africa, free on orders over R10,000, or you can collect in Bryanston. You have 7 days to return it if it isn't what you expected.
