Do you only sell pre-owned devices?
No. We sell brand-new, demo and pre-owned Apple devices, so there's an option for every budget. Each product page shows its condition.
What warranty do I get?
Every pre-owned and demo device comes with a 90-day MacShack warranty, and you can extend it to 12 months. Students get the 12-month extension free on pre-owned MacBooks.
What will the battery be like?
Every pre-owned device has a battery health of 80% or higher. If it's lower, we fit a new battery before it goes on sale.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 7 days. An admin fee applies.
How does delivery work?
We deliver nationwide, free on orders over R10,000, including to university residences. You can also collect from our Bryanston showroom.
