Over the past several years, I sold 3 items through MacShack and purchased a MacBook Pro. Each time the process couldn't have been easier, with excellent communication throughout, and they offered competitive prices for the items I sold them. Not only do MacShack offer an extensive range of new and refurbished products, but the business is 100% reliable and their prices are better than anywhere else (I always shop around for the best price!). Absolute amazing service. I ordered the wrong item (a Magic Keyboard for my iPad) by mistake and it was exchanged, the correct size item sourced and send my way immediately. Excellent customer service, great, quick communication and the received item was in pristine condition. I am a happy customer all around! I can only recommend MacShack!
Great place to buy Apple products with a human interface. The staff are professional and go out of their way to assist customers. Prices are good and a wide variety of products. If you need something out of the ordinary they are capable to assist and without the drama you will encounter at the 'Istore'.

Just got my MacBook today, literally the day after I ordered it. Delivery was extremely fast. The MacBook is in almost perfect condition, with only very minor cosmetic marks visible up close. It was packaged securely and arrived safely. They also had some of the best deals around. Thanks, MacShack - I'll definitely be ordering from you again!
Bought an iPhone 13 from Mac Shack for R5,900 and I'm honestly impressed. Battery health is at 98%, the body is spotless with zero scratches and the phone feels smooth and premium. Setup was quick and everything works perfectly.
This IS the best Apple repair place in SA. My repair on my MacBook m2 went fast and the communication especially was great, you keep getting updates on the status of your job and they also went the extra mile for me at the end with something related to my battery. This is also where I'll be buying my next MacBook. Highly recommend.

If I could I'd give them 10 stars. Friendly and smart staff, amazing customer service! There was a bit of a hiccup when it came to a MacShack supplier, however, they were able very quickly offer an alternative. Both Tiaan and Anton were super friendly and helpful!
