1. Promoter
• This promotional competition (“Competition”) is conducted by Mac Shack (PC Shack (Pty) Ltd), a company incorporated in South Africa (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
• The Competition is open to all South African residents over the age of 18.
• Employees, agents, or suppliers of the Promoter, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
• To participate, entrants must purchase a raffle ticket at the advertised entry cost.
• Each ticket constitutes one entry into the draw.
• Entrants may purchase more than one ticket; each will count as a separate entry.
4. Competition Period
• The Competition opens on 1 October 2025 and closes on 7 October 2025.
• Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
5. Prize
• The prize is one Apple MacBook Air M1 valued at R9 999.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6. Draw & Winner Selection
• The winner will be chosen at random via a certified random draw process.
• The draw will take place on 8 October 2025 and the winner will be announced on the Mac Shack Instagram page.
• The Promoter’s decision is final and binding; no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Notification of Winner
