Just got my MacBook today, literally the day after I ordered it. Delivery was extremely fast. The MacBook is in almost perfect condition, with only very minor cosmetic marks visible up close. It was packaged securely and arrived safely. They also had some of the best deals around. Thanks, MacShack – I’ll definitely be ordering from you again!
Bought an iPhone 13 from Mac Shack for R5,900 and I’m honestly impressed. Battery health is at 98%, the body is spotless with zero scratches and the phone feels smooth and premium. Setup was quick and everything works perfectly.
I recently received my pre-owned iPad Pro from MacShack, and I am genuinely impressed with its condition – it looks and performs like new. The purchasing process was smooth, and the device met my expectations in every respect.
Over the past several years, I sold 3 items through MacShack and purchased a MacBook Pro. Each time the process couldn’t have been easier, with excellent communication throughout, and they offered competitive prices for the items I sold them. Not only do MacShack offer an extensive range of new and refurbished products, but the business is 100% reliable and their prices are better than anywhere else (I always shop around for the best price!). I would highly recommend them for exceptional service and responsive communication.
Super impressed with Macshack, I contacted them needing a laptop on Wednesday, paid late in the evening and then asked for it to be sent over night. They packaged and shipped it out in time for me to enjoy it over the weekend. They reply quickly on WhatsApp. Laptop came in great packaging. I will certainly be using them again.
Fantastic service! I needed an iPad shipped overnight to Cape Town last minute. One quick call was all it took to get it processed and on its way. A smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!
Never used Mac Shack before but I needed a Mac Mini and they had one on sale for about R800 cheaper than anywhere else.
Amazing service from the Mac Shack team, my MacBook was ready before I could even checkout online!! Love that you get a look at different options on your purchase so you can choose the best one for you! Thank you
Would like to commend the team for their ethical business practice. Where honest and reliable businesses have almost gone extinct, you have proved yourselves worthy of this review. Thank you for the exceptional service from the gentlemen at front desk right to the back end techs.
Great place to buy Apple products with a human interface. The staff are professional and go out of their way to assist customers. Prices are good and a wide variety of products. If you need something out of the ordinary they are capable to assist and without the drama you will encounter at the ‘Istore’.

We also added our new proprietary tech, AI Sound Boost, which anylzes your music in realtime to deliver maximum acoustic performance with less distortion. It’s like our own little audio genie in every Flip 7. So, no we can give you better all-around sound without the added pounds. Same size, bigger punch.
Up to 16 hours of playtime
Keep the mood alive for 14 hours on a single charge - and when we really need to squeeze some extra juice out of our jubilee, or another dance with our darling, we can get an extra 2 hours with Playtime Boost.

Waterproof, dustproof, and drop-proof
Have you ever dropped your speaker, had it roll down a dusty hill and land in a lake? No? Well, believe it or not, it happens. So, we built the JBL Flip 7 to be as life-proof as they come. On top of our legendary waterproof and dust-proof design (an industry-leading IP68, BTW), we’ve also made sure that if you drop it from 1-meter onto your concrete floor, it’ll keep kicking. But please, don’t go throwing your speaker around just to flex on your friends. Throw parties instead.

Lossless Audio Playback
When music goes lossless it gets that much better. For the real audio aficionados, we’ve made lossless audio possible by plugging into your laptop or other audio device via our USB-C port. But, of course, in order for it to work, you need a compatible lossless audio source*. *Requires compatible lossless audio content from supported apps/ services.

It’s an app. We’ve all used them, and they can come in real handy. The JBL Portable app gives you access to support, updates, and customizable audio controls - so you can get just the right sound to suit your mood at any moment.
